Background

With around 75 staff, Rufford handles the usual flow of teachers, contractors, agency staff, and volunteers. Previously, the school relied on Arbor MIS’s SCR, but their solution wasn’t able to meet the needs when it came to fast-paced, day-to-day compliance checks. The leadership team realised they needed a dedicated, user-friendly platform that would automate vetting and record-keeping tasks more effectively.
